Let us know if you have/had allergic reactions to topical anesthetics.

If you had your eyebrows done previously-please let us know! You will be kindly asked to provide  good quality picture of your eyebrows without make up.

A sensitivity patch test is an option offered to all new clients. This has to be done before of the booked appointment date. However if you wish to not have this done, you can sign a waiver and therefore release the therapist from liability if you develop an allergic reaction to the pigment or any of the products used.

Please understand there are traces of nickel in some needles and pigments and that this may affect you if you have an allergy to nickel. The sensitivity patch test will not always confirm or determine conclusively if you have an allergy to nickel or whether you will have a reaction to the products used within the treatment which you have requested.

A deposit is required to secure an appointment.. The deposit is non-refundable. No reservation is possible without this payment. The deposit is accounted towards your treatment price.

You must arrive on time as arriving late will mean you lose your appointment  and your deposit as this will delay the therapist schedule and is not fair to other following clients. If you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment will need to be re-scheduled.  You will loose your deposit and you will need to pay deposit again.

Pictures and videos will be taken during your procedure for reference purposes. They may be used by  "Tracey Annai SPMU" and by them only  on social media sites and on their webpage.

Each new treatment is one session followed by a touch up treatment, the first being the initial procedure and the other touch up session. Touch up treatment is to fill in any gaps that did not take from the first session.  On the some occasions a client may need a third or more sessions due to having a skin type that is more resistant to the implantation of pigment or from incorrect aftercare taken and will be charged accordingly - for pricing details please refer to our price list. Please note-touch up price will be valid only within 4-8 weeks after initial procedure, after this time frame-any treatment will be counted as new and full price will be charged. It is your responsibility to book your touch up session in time and to finish the treatment.Terms & conditions are the same for everyone the same as touch up deadline.

Permanent make up is not suitable for everyone. We cannot guarantee successful result on 100% of our clients especially those with problem skin and we do not offer refunds as we have carried out the treatment at a cost to ourselves.

Results of correctional procedures cannot be guaranteed as they are experimental in nature and success relies on the nature of the original application. Multiple treatments are often required.

Fading is desired as your skin and facial structure will change as aging occurs. Semi-Permanent Makeup is an ART not a science. Client results will vary. Even though it is effective and lasts up to a year in most cases, no guarantee can be made that a specific client will benefit from the procedure. Everyone’s skin is different, it is very important that each client understands that we can create perfect, gorgeous brows but ultimately it is up to your skin to retain all semi-permanent cosmetic service. Generally the results are amazing but it very much depends on your own skin type, texture and oiliness.

Furthermore, complete symmetry is impossible to achieve and designing brows is generally determined by classic measurements and using the eyebrow Golden Ratio that we customised on each client.Eyebrows shape always tailored for every particular client according ratio measurements and cannot be copied from other clients picture, celebrity or your friend picture.Everyones face and eyebrows structure are different thats why eyebrows can not be copied from different person.
